Prawns Coconut Roast
Prawns roast in a coconut masala paste .

Ingredients
- Prawns --- 500 gms
- Small onions --- 5 to 6 nos sliced
- Garlic --- 6 pearls sliced
- Green Chillies --- 3 to 4 slit lengthwise
- Tomato --- 1 large chopped
- Turmeric powder --- ¼ tsp;"
- Chilli powder --- 2 Tsp
- Grated coconut ---½ cup
- Salt --- to taste
Method
- De-shell, de-vein, and clean the prawns.
- Heat up the prawns and all the ingrediants in Medium flame in a pan with lid closed till all water comes out of prawns. (DO NOT ADD ANY WATER).
- Add curry leaves and cook on low flame till all the liquid drains (10-15 minutes).
- Optionally, sauté in 2 teaspoons of coconut oil before serving..
