Chilli Chicken
Andhra chilli chicken-spicy .

Ingredients
- Chicken --- 1 Kg
- Green Chillies --- 22 nos*)
- Turmeric powder --- ¼ tsp
- Onion --- 4 Medium sized
- Ginger Garlic paste --- 2 tbls (or 1":6 cloves)
- Garam Masala --- 1 tsp
- Lime --- ½ piece
- Corn starch--- 1 tbls
- Salt --- to taste 1½ tbsp
Method
- Heat up 2 tbls oil in the pressure cooker. Add the sliced onions and saute in low flame till it become soft.
- Add Green Chillies (slit), turmeric owder, ginger garlic paste and saute for 3-4 minutes
- Add chicken , 1/4 tbls salt , mix everything well and pressure cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and add slowly till the gravy thickens a little.
- Add salt if needed
* Vary the number of green chillies to control the spice level. Reduce the quatity to half if very hot chillies are used.
