Guntur Chicken- Spicy
Andhra style spicy chicken -dry .

Ingredients
- Chicken --- 600gms
- Coriander seeds --- 2 tbl
- Cummin seeds --- 1+1 tsp
- Pepper corns --- 1 tsp
- Red Chillies --- 5 nos
- Red Chilli powder --- 1 tsp Kashmiri
- Onion --- 1 Medium sized(Wedges)
- Tomatoes --- 2 nos )
- Garlic --- 4-5 cloves chopped
- Ginger --- 1 small piece)
- Green Chillies --- 2 nos)
- Curry leaves --- 1 stem
- Salt --- to taste 1½ tbsp
Pre-prep (Marinate)
- Roast the Coriander seeds, 1 tsp cummins, peppercorns and red chillies in low heat for 3-4 min.
- Grind them to a fine powder when it turns cold
- Remove 2 tsp of this powder and keep it aside.
- Add the Ginger and Garlic alongwith a little water and grind to a paste.
- Marinate the chicken and keep aside for half an hour.
Method
- Heat up 3 tbls oil. Add mustard and 1 tsp cummin to splutter.
- Add Onion and green chillies and saute for 4-5 min in medium flame.
- Add chicken and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add tomatoes and curry leaves
- Add salt to taste
- Add 1½ cup water.
- Continue stirring adding the ground masala little by ittle for 2-3 mins.
- Cook for 15 mins with the lid on.
- squeeze a little lemon if you like.
